Written by So I get a Zune HD in a couple days, so what does that mean, that means I’ll be able to code stuff for zhdapps.com for your Zune HD, what else does that mean, that means with luck I could make it so you could install apps onto your HD without the computer, now wouldn’t that be cool? It will probably take me a couple weeks after I get my zune HD to get a good sense of the openzdk API, but afterwards you can expect some changes to the site, I can’t say what you’ll see change quite yet but once I get a view of things from the Zune HD’s perspective of how our site works on there, things will go from there.
I will probably need some testers for any app I develop for here, or for any website changes that will come. I will probably post stuff on the forums and I might put another news post up, we’ll see, just keep an eye on our fb page to!

Well I don’t know if I’ll need help coding it, I need more or less input on bugs and so forth, I’m not trying to make anything to fancy at the moment. If however I do get stuck on coding, I will let you guys know.

Alright, I’m not going to be making any games what so ever, I am strictly just going to make atleast an app for our webpage and maybe in the future port some stuff over to the zune hd.

I dont know if you would waste your time but ive been trying to code but havent had much success and if you are really good i was wonderng if you could help me.
ILL test for ya… i love what u guys do for all us zune hd lovers…. i simply wish there were more games and such…. maybe an app tht allows u to download stuff like cydia does for the ipod…. and to maybe allow for more creativity in the original Zune hd UI
That’s awesome that you’ll be working on this. I really wish some people could get together and create a community and database of apps as nice as the jailbreak stuff for ipod/iphone. I really miss that aspect of using an ipod.
hey zeek, are you an experienced programer? when u get ur ZHD could u please do me a favor and spend some time figuring out how to change the homescreen?
